When the producer of From the Depths reached out to me asking if I wanted to post the teaser for an LGBT shark movie, I had to say yes.

Queer Aquatic Horror? Count me the heck in.

Here’s the teaser for From the Depths, some behind the scenes pics and a synopsis.

After surviving a shark attack a young woman is plagued by nightmares of being stalked in the dark sea by a ravenous predator, and hallucinations of visits from her sister and boyfriend, both who were killed in the attack. The film is a psychological shark thriller with hints of comedy. Imagine if the producers of Sharknado hired David Lynch to make a shark thriller in 7 days with 30k. This film will be out in 2020. Screening dates will come later this summer.
